ARVI&D is a practitioner-led service delivered entirely online, in English, across Europe. There is no clinic to visit and no waiting room to sit in.
What the practice is
ARVI&D LTD is a company registered in England and Wales. Psychological support is delivered remotely by practitioners, in individual, couple, family and group formats, across European time zones.
We are not a directory and not a marketplace. You do not browse a wall of profiles; you tell us what is happening and we propose a practitioner, with the reasoning attached.
How the work is organised
Two tracks run alongside each other. Guided self-help programmes give structure between sessions, while practitioner support provides the conversation when the material raises something that needs one.
Every arrangement has a review point. It is there so that work can end, change shape, or continue deliberately — rather than drifting on because nobody named it.

Guided self-help
Structured online programmes you work through in your own time, with a practitioner reviewing progress and stepping in when the material raises something that needs a conversation.
Practitioner support
One-to-one, couple, family and group work by video, phone or written exchange. The channel is chosen by you; the clinical standard does not change with it.
Combining the two is the point: the programme keeps the work going between sessions, and the practitioner decides when a conversation is needed rather than leaving you to decide alone.
