Start nowTell us what is happening.
A short form about what is going on, how you would like to talk, and when you are usually free.
Meet the practitioner who fits.
We match on the issue, the channel and the hours you can keep — and tell you who we are proposing, and why.
Agree the plan and begin.
Fees, frequency and boundaries are confirmed in writing before the first session. You can stop or change the arrangement.

The first step is usually a sentence. You do not have to have the rest worked out.

About the practiceTHE PRACTICE
A small practitioner-led service, built around the way you can talk.
We combine guided self-help programmes with practitioner support, alongside one-to-one and group work. Every arrangement is made deliberately: the right channel, a workable rhythm, and an agreement you can revisit.
No apps to learn
Video, phone or written — whichever lets you speak plainly.
Practitioner-led
Sessions are delivered by practitioners, not automated tools.
Written agreement
Scope, fees and cancellation terms confirmed before you start.
Guided self-help alongside
Structured programmes keep the work going between sessions.
CHOOSE YOUR CHANNEL
Say it in the way that feels possible.
Some people need a face. Some need a voice. Some need to write it down first. All three are clinical settings, not a lesser version of one another.
Video
A face-to-face call with room for silence. Best when you want presence and pace.
Choose videoPhone
Voice only. Useful when being seen feels like too much.
Choose phoneWritten
Messages exchanged over an agreed window, with time to think before you answer.
Choose written
You will know the cost before you commit.
How fees workFEES
Quoted in writing, before the first session.
We confirm the fee, what it includes and the cancellation terms in writing before the first paid session. If your circumstances change, we review the arrangement with you.
Ask about feesOUR APPROACH
Two ways in, one standard of care.
Guided self-help
Structured online programmes you work through in your own time, with a practitioner reviewing progress and stepping in when the material raises something that needs a conversation.
One-to-one and group work
Individual sessions for what needs privacy and pace. Group programmes for the relief of hearing the same thing in someone else’s words.
All support is delivered remotely, in English, across European time zones. We do not provide emergency or crisis intervention.
